Postpartum Support Group
Our Postpartum Group aims to provide a space for support and resources. This 10 week support group is dedicated to helping you explore the many emotional changes and challenges of motherhood including postpartum emotions, pressures of sleeping and feeding, challenges in parenting, changes in relationships, boundary setting for a work/life balance and more.
Thursday's 6:00pm-7:00pm via ZOOM
Start date: April 6th, 2023
10 weeks (4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25 6/1, 6/8)
$30 per session ($300 total investment)
