Our Founder
Bianca Posa
My journey into the mental health field began at a young age through a meaningful relationship with my tennis coach Fahad, someone who became a lifelong mentor and a profound influence on who I am today. From the age of eight, we formed a connection that extended far beyond the tennis court and continues to this day. What began as coaching naturally evolved into ongoing conversations about psychology, the mind–body connection, personality dynamics, energy work, meditation, and holistic healing practices.
Through this long-standing mentorship, I was introduced to different ways of understanding myself and navigating life’s challenges. Fahad offered daily wisdom and guidance, helping me develop insight, resilience, and problem-solving skills during some of the most formative years of growing up. That relationship ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in mental health.
At the core of my work is my own ongoing journey of growth and learning. While Fahad had no formal clinical training, the connection we shared, and the wisdom he consistently offered, shaped my entire life. That experience taught me something I carry into my work every day: transformation doesn’t begin with credentials alone. It begins with presence, trust, and human connection.
This belief is the foundation of our Human First approach. Before diagnoses, techniques, or treatment plans, I see the person in front of me. Because sometimes, being deeply seen, supported, and understood by another human is where transformation truly begins.
