 OUR FOUNDER

Bianca Posa

Bianca’s journey began at a young age when she was introduced to her tennis coach. What she didn’t know at the time was that her coach would become her life-long mentor, inspiring her to find a career in the mental health field. He taught Bianca about psychology, the mind + body connection, personality dynamics, energy work, meditation, holistic practices and so much more. Bianca’s coach offered facets of wisdom each day to help her problem solve the difficulties one faces growing up.

Some of the modalities Bianca is trained in includes the Psychology of the Selves, the Voice Dialogue Method, the Inner Eater Selves, psycho-spiritual theories, and energy work. Bianca incorporates differing approaches to therapy depending on each individual’s needs. She uses an eclectic approach utilizing CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theories, mindfulness, creativity & art, and many more. Bianca is an LGBTQ+ ally and continues to serve those in the community.

The success behind Bianca’s work stems from own journey of evolution, and the education she continues to seek. She offers a deep understanding of the transformation that can be made with a helping-hand/ guidance from another being, just as she experienced with her coach.
